Elizabeth Aluesi

Malo e lelei. My name is Elizabeth Aluesi aka Peti and I am of Tongan and Fijian descent. I'm the  Program Coordinator and Family Engagement Specialist for the mentoring and tutoring program at Roosevelt High School. I serve the Pacific Islander (PI) students. It has been an honor working with young PI's  to navigate their lives and plan for their futures. I enjoy helping them understand their identity as PI's and what they have to offer the world. Before my current position, I taught nutrition education to low-income families and individuals. I find joy in building the communities I’m at and I always look forward to more opportunities to do so in my current role.
